in the same box along with the CDs or DVDs.

 Yes, we can edit your video to your specifications by capturing the video into a computer
and editing the video. Our editing rates are $50.00 per hour. For normal conversions 
(direct to disc transfers) we do not view the video, except to ensure that the transfer is
taking place and for checking the quality of the finished DVD. 

 We do not convert any adult content. This includes nudity & pornography.
The only exception to this rule are videos of childbirth, legal or abuse cases and 
training videos for medical institutions. By request we will make sure that the video
is only handled by a female worker for childbirth videos. We do not view the entire 
videos and just view small scetions to ensure that the conversion has taken place and
to check the quality of the DVD, unless of course we are editing the video.
We have handled videos for legal & law enforecement cases and have maintaned the 
strictest confidentiality. 

 A number of factors impact the quality of the DVD. First, the quality of the recording 
on the original media will not substantially improve. Secondly the duration of time on the
media will impact the quality. For Example a 2 hour DVD will have less video quality than a
DVD with just 1 hour of content. Note however, VHS & Betamax quality is already at the 2 hour
quality level and will not improve at the 1 hour level. Our equipment does enhance the signal
and will marginally improve a mediocre picture. 

 Yes, we can convert multiple tapes to a single DVD or audio cd but with some restrictions.
First both video tapes must be less than an hour each and both audio cassettes must be less than
80 minutes combined. Please note that the changing of tapes is done on the basis of time and not
the completion of the video. We do not have people watching the video to ensure its completion. 
Also everything on a tape will be converted to DVD unless we edit the video. Requests such as 
"take the Christmas video from tape1 and the soccer video from tape 2" can be done but at editing
prices which are $60.00 per hour. This does not apply for film conversions which are edited in a 
computer to start with. 

Add $5 for additional DVD copies.
Add $20 per tape for digitizing to AVI.
Add $20 for NTSC/PAL format change.
